Allana played for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013 and then sustained a series of injuries to her knees, which made Allana on the sidelines. She returned to rugby league after several years. Allana had a great time at the helm of New South Wales in her debut women's Rugby League match against Queensland in 2015, a game she also played in 2015.
